Judi Bar, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT delivers Therapeutic Chair classes to you weekly. Gentle style of yoga that anyone can practice. Designed in such a way, no matter, age, physical ability or experience level can participate and enjoy the many benefits that yoga offers. While mostly practiced from a chair, some poses are done from a standing position offering simple movement and deep breathing to all bodies. No previous experience is required.
